Meet the Professionals

The teaching staff at DADA are a team of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated professionals.

Hilary Cahill

The director of DADA is Hilary Cahill, Hilary has been teaching Speech and Drama for more than 15 years and holds Acting and Teaching diplomas from the Trinity Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London as well as an M.A. in English literature. Hilary runs the drama programme at the school and directs the end-of-year shows. She also works regularly with R.T.É. as a voiceover artist.

Paula Kearns

Paula has been teaching dance to all ages for many years. She is highly qualified in the areas of ballet, tap, hip hop, funk and contemporary dance, having successfully prepared students for exams in many different dance disciplines. We are delighted to have Paula on board with us at DADA.

Michelle Buckley

The Singing teacher at DADA is Michelle Buckley. Michelle Buckley is a graduate of D.I.T. in Speech and Drama Studies and also holds a Masters in Acting Musical Theatre from The Central school of Speech and Drama.

Caitriona Ennis

Caitriona attended UCD where she completed a BA in English and Drama and an MA in Drama and Performance. She was awarded the Patrick Semple Medal for outstanding academic achievement in Drama Studies, as well as the UCD President's Award. In 2011 she was awarded the Ad Astra Academy scholarship for Drama where she trained under Director-In-Residence Kellie Hughes. Caitriona has many theatre credits for which she has been recognised with the ISDA Award for Best Actress 2011 and nominations for Best Actress Irish Times Theatre Awards 2012, Best Actress Dublin Fringe Award 2013 and Best Supporting Actress Irish Times Theatre Awards 2015. Caitriona has been acting since childhood and was a student here at DADA, we are delighted to have her back as part of our teaching staff.
